None of us like worry. And when you really think about it, there is no actual point to it. Worrying about something initially may help us plan for an event, or potential event, but we tend to hold on to the worry after the planning period, don’t we? But it truly serves no purpose. Worry does not need to have a place in our lives. And what I’ve found is that when worry creeps in, my connectedness to the Universe fades. Fewer signs present themselves. But when I am feeling most relaxed, even in uncertainty, opportunities arise. When I feel good and trust my walk on the dimly lit path before me, I find new avenues appearing seemingly out of nowhere.
But worry can occur so easily. What can we do? As with everything in life, how we handle any emotion, fear, etc. is individual. We need to look to ourselves to know what works well for us in dealing with worry. That might be frustrating to hear. You may want a quick fix to end worry.
